Our offices publish commercial and residential market research across Utah and Nevada. Our company has been known for its deep and rich data for well over a decade. Lending institutions, appraisers, and business consultants look to our research as the authority on real estate market trends.

Our proprietary ARTI system delivers a marketing process, mapping solution, and property research capability to which no other real estate brokerage has access. We have built and maintained a comprehensive database comprised of data collected from some of the largest appraisal firms in the region, company transactions, and other public and private data. Our commercial division publishes quarterly statistics for the office, retail, industrial, and multi-family markets. Single family housing reports are published for every major market from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City. Single family investment research is published for select markets containing lease rate and vacancy rate trends.

Monthly market reports are available for every market between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City including median home price, list to sale price ratio, days on market, number of listings, number of pending sales, change in inventory, and months’ supply of inventory.

Periodic research is provided for real estate investors renting out condo’s, townhomes, and single homes.  Information including vacancy rates, average lease rates by configuration and average lease rate per square foot are made available.  Clients investing in multiple markets can compare average income to median home price through the revenue index.

Multi Family and commercial real estate research is available in select markets.  Data includes vacancy rates, lease rates and market trends for multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
